About the Cottage:
Tucked behind the bamboo curtain, last of the three cottages along the southern pathway that slopes down from the front yard to the bay lies this perky little (~ 200 ft²) couple sleeper: one queen bed with an efficiency kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink). Coffee and small meals can be taken at a small cafe table with chairs, or outside on the shared patio. Although a small space, Kiwi includes a flat screen TV with full satellite programming and an expansive view towards the bay and a slice of water. The small bath has a tiled shower, sink and toilet. The queen bed has a hybrid (foam/spring) queen mattress on a poplar wood platform bed dressed in soft 100% cotton sheets and a colorful tropical quilt and ample fluffy and firm pillows, reading lamp and side tables. This cottage has both air conditioning and a powerful standing Vornado room fan to circulate air around the room keeping it very comfortable.
Outside the door it’s ‘go right’ down to the lawn and bay, or ‘go left’ by the a shaded garden patio with big fans, cushy upholstered wicker seating and a delightful pond with waterfall, the sounds of falling water, while you chill with a travel magazine or riveting beach read.
Rates:
- Kiwi Cottage rents for between $95-120/night depending on day of the week, demand, and season. (Festivals excluded) Actual rates for specific dates will be quoted before booking online.
- We do not offer a weekly rate on the small cottages (Kiwi, Pineapple and Papaya), as they do not offer full cooking capability, but they are well-suited for shorter stays.

- Single or double occupancy (2 person/cottage maximum).
- Minimum guest age is 12; minimum age to book is 21.
- 2 night minimum stay
- 72-hour, penalty-free cancellation (for stays of less than 1 week)
- We cannot accommodate pets.
- All cottages are no smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor spaces, including decks and porches.
- Kiwi Cottage is not wheelchair accessible due to entry steps and size of bathroom and doorways. More info.
